Services for Breast Cancer Patients

Patient Navigation Program

Our breast health nurse navigator is an oncology-certified registered nurse with specialized training in breast cancer. She understands the confusion and anxiety experienced by women who are confronting breast cancer. She meets with women individually via phone or by appointment in her office to answer questions about diagnosis, treatment and survivorship issues. She also provides support and refers to community resources, as needed. These consultation services are free of charge.
